20. My ShowMe says it is "being converted". What does that mean?

ShowMes need to convert into a video file before becoming available on the website. Conversion usually takes up to twice the length of the video.

Occasionally, ShowMes get stuck on converting. The issue is usually easy to fix from our side so you can contact us at support@showme.com and we will take a look at it. On the other hand, you may sometimes solve the issue from your side by duplicating the ShowMe and uploading it again.
